WANTED: Co-host

If you've heard the last few months of North American Harness Update, you'll know that the show has been run from a one-man ship with occasional visits from some of my pals. But, as we approach the stakes season, I want to have a voice I can bounce off from week to week versus having my voice carry the show for the whole two hours; variety for variety's sake.

Below are the requirements for being a co-host:

• Some kind of knowledge of harness racing, handicapping, and gambling
• Availability on Fridays from 9-11pmEDT
• Confident in front of an audience (in reality a mic)
• Have consistent contact with me for show planning
• Creative thinking skills used both behind the mic and developing ideas for the show
• Humble & willing to have fun

Ray Cotolo (@RayCotolo) springs back to the mic for this week's edition of North American Harness Update.

Ray will provide coverage of the Blue Chip Matchmaker and the Late Pick 4 from the Meadowlands, as well as an analysis for the five divisions of the George Morton Levy at Yonkers Saturday, March 26.

Ray Cotolo (@RayCotolo) will bring North American Harness Update into the first weeks of the harness racing stakes season. 

Listen in as Ray covers the opening preliminaries of the Blue Chip Matchmaker and George Morton Levy Series at Yonkers Raceway. Ray will also provide a ticket and coverage for tonight's Late Pick 4 from the Meadowlands.

Ray Cotolo is back and so is North American Harness Update!

After a short hiatus, Cotolo will cover the Late Pick 4 from the Meadowlands, which carries a $50,000 guaranteed pool. He will also discuss the lead up to the first major race of the stakes season, the George Morton Levy, as well as the recent events from the annual USTA meeting.

The two will handicap the Late Pick 4 from Woodbine, as well as discuss the latest news within horse racing, including the progression of the decoupling bill in Florida, which could cause the end of harness racing in Florida.
